Radio Shack

For my CB (11m) base station I use an old stock 40 ch Uniden Grant with a Kenpro KP-760A Speech Processor hard wired to the radio. The antennas are a 4 element home made yagi sitting on a Yaesu G-450C rotator & a Shockwave .64w Ground Plane Vertical

For UHF CB, I have an Oricom 80 ch narrow band fm radio with a little 3dbi stainless steel whip I use just for scanning the 80 channels. For the UHF CB base, I use a GME TX4500

80 ch narrow band fm radio with a 6.5dbi colinear vert for talking on. There are 2 UHF CB repeaters in the area, our local Gloucester Repeater - 2/32 and a repeater halfway between Gloucester & Taree - 1/31. For the 2 repeaters, I use an old 40ch GME TX3100 & a home made 7 ele UHF yagi dedicated to the 1/31 repeater and an old GME Eletrophone TX472S & a home made 5 ele UHF yagi dedicated to the 2/32 repeater.
